Enterprise Solutions was founded to bring the discipline of world-class project delivery to organizations across Saudi Arabia and the wider region. Our founding consultants spent years inside owner organizations, EPC contractors, and government programs — and saw the same problems recur: unclear governance, weak cost and schedule control, quality systems that existed on paper only, and disputes that could have been avoided with better contract administration.
Today we work as an independent partner to owners and contractors alike, providing project management, quality improvement, and construction disputes and claims consulting grounded in real delivery experience rather than theory.
